It's a magician pulling a burger out of a display menu on a japanese tv show. He takes a bite and then puts it back in the picture. It is clear his hands are empty when he does it and I think he was wearing short sleeves. Probably there is a rotating door, except that the witnesses feel the picture.

It'd be easy enough to make a rotating door that could be 'locked'. Note that his hands cover the entire door while he does the trick.
