OT: I\'m Moving...
As the title says, I'm moving (to a city about an 1.5 hours away, in case anyone was interested...which I doubt), so I'll be out of touch for who knows how long until I can get internet set up in my new apartment. It'll be high-speed internet too!  No more dial-up!
Hopefully internet (ADSL) will be up and ready to go by tomorrow evening, hopefully the day after if that doesn't work. I'd cross my fingers, but I'm not superstitious.

Moving from dial-up to broadband is the worst mistake you can make. It's like getting your first credit card: there's no turning back on the way to Hell now.

Wish I could get rid of dial up.  (wishes he could either A: afford a cable connection, or B: get DSL, but apparently it is unavailable in his neighberhood, and has been ever since he moved here 4 years ago.)

A case of soda/gatorade/beer is always a good motivator in lieu of an out and out bribe for movers. ("please don't break my stuff.")
