 Yeah, out of shape isn't a lot of fun. Yoga's great, so are swimming and walking, even when you're older, because they're low-impact. 
 I think I qualify for "mindly depressed" at times, but then exercise, sunlight, and vitamins do wonders for that.

 Well, having solved aging-which is a biggy-they can probably go on to solve the problem of regenerative (as opposed to degenerative) tissue, so you might be 85 but you'd look 35 or so.

 I love this. Normally I'd expect to be the oldest one surrounded by 14 year olds who chat aimlessly about how 1334 they are and how the game r0x0rz and how they pwned me in multiplayer.
 Dominions is the best!
