 Well, i do have strong early game as a player. Not so good with late game unfortunately

 This sounds like a case for the FAQ! (see towards the end of the section on how to admin a game).
 The answer is basically that noone but the player can do it without a faff, but you can do it.
 
 I would do it myself to be helpful, but am moving house today so it's a little hectic!
