Modding for gold

For those of us who have a race set and do not yet have in gold format, what did all of you gold-compliant AI modders use as your "template" for the gold format? Can we get a copy of that?

Download the TDM-ModPack V3.0 and have a look at any of the modded races (like the terrans). All the changes are included.

Isn't TDM on the Disc? I thought so, or is 3.0 different?

V3.0 is the Version on the CD.
