Registering multiple games?

If you own more than one Shrapnel game, is there any benefit to registering more than one of them? Does it do anything other than get you on Shrapnel's mailing list?

If you order your game(s) from the Gamers Front, there is no need to register, as we know who you are and that you legitmately bought the game. If however, you order from a reseller, or buy a used copy you should register each game.
