When do you use Ministers and where?

VERY menial Tasks.

Facility Construction and Colonization are two of the very menial tasks that I leave for the ministers throughout the game.

That's not a good plan TerranC. The AI will likely build facilities that you don't need when you need other types.

But it's a lot better than having to manage 100 planets in 20 systems each turn.

Put more than one facility in the build queue. That's what it's for.

On occasion, I use the transports minister for my population transports because I don't like having to move all the population myself. After a while, though, I turn it back off because I'm tired of seeing those pop. transports I built sit there on a planet for 10 turns after transporting populations a few times. It's especially irritating when it's sitting on a planet with 158M/4800M that's constructing colony ships.

The same here 2 but I dont use the Minister in Mods like Proportions.
