Do you install POV-RAY or MORAY first?

How do these two programs get incorporated?

Install Moray then povray. Once they are installed - povray will be accessable from Moray - select the render button in the top tool bar menu of Moray and that will activate Pov-ray- Once your scene is ready for rendering.
