Artist Wanted for PBW Logo

Hey all,

I'm looking into a minor redesign of the PBW site, which will include adding a logo. However, though I may be all right at graphic design, I pretty much can't do art. So, I'd like to throw this one out to the PBW fans.

Contest: Design a logo for PBW

Prize: My eternal gratitude, display of your entry on the PBW site, and credit on PBW. I know... it's not much, but hopefully a few of y'all will be willing to compete for the love

Requirements: The logo must incorporate the letters "PBW"; must incorporate the color scheme of PBW and SE4 (black/white/light blue/dark blue); and must be no larger than 200px wide by 72 px high.

Here's my (first, at least!) entry - a little something I cooked up in MSPaint :

Number one doesn't quite meet the parameters but it's more fancy

Number Two IMHO meets the parameters too much, but it's spartan and not much.

Number one takes some images out of the imagemod.

And uh... instead of giving credit, how about you enter my name in the win free stuff contest?

Urendi, just a request. Don't read too much into it cause I don't make the final decision or anything. But could you show us a Version of that second one with a couple minor changes? Could you make the circle behind the PBW a warp point. You should be able to borrow an image form the game for that. Make it the same size as the circle you have there, run it off the edges a bit. And take the "it" out of "Play it by Web".

Yours gave me a mental image and I'd like to see what it looks like on the screen.

Another suggestion: IMO, the warp point Version would look better without the white circle around it.

Yeah, take off the white circle. Then expand the WP a little bit so it's a little bit bigger. That would look better IMO.

Hehehe. I just got this mental image of a bunch of guys standing around da Vinci, "Yeah, but shouldn't you make her smile a little bigger?" Hope you don't mind the suggestions Urendi.
