AI question: Design Creation limits

I have been adding designs to the Mymod_DesignCreation.txt file. I just added a missle ship and now I get an error when I end the turn "unable to load c:\program files...Mymod_designCreation.txt. When I close the window the turn continues but it doesn't design Missile ships. Is there some sort of limit to the number of designs you can have in the DesignCreation.txt file?
