No. Actually, I was complaining because the game didn't turn off 'Repeat Build' when I cleared the queue. I had been repeat building units, cleared the queue and then added multiple facilities to the build queue. After 'x' turns, I ended up with three spaceports.
SJ's comment about the game needing to second guess what I'm adding to the queue is nonsensical. I was complaining about the 'Repeat Build' being left on.
