Help me find a game

Hi all, there once was that game that i loved and lost it, dont ask me how. Now i want to find it again - and cant recall the name. Funny, huh.
Thought someone here just *might* know what im talking about.

The game was strategy - in the sky, you were playng as "high priest" and were building bridges between cloud-isles. The technology was divided to four elements - so there were ice guns, lighting guns etc. You were gathering energy from geyzers using some wierd worers - humans, huuge beasts and then balloons. To win you had to capture and sacrifice an enemy High Priest at a special altar.

So, anyone by any chance recalls whats that? I'd really appreciate if you just gave me the name...
