Well, you might not even be supposed to speak about your NDA, so that would be a clear violation. Do you have a preference for the time and place of the suing? There's a pretty nice court in Little Rock, with upscale facilities just a few hundred metres away. Summer in Arkansas isn't a great idea, though, so you should wait for Autumn.

So, you should practice denying that you even have a NDA in the first place. You know, "I have not had sexual relations with that woman"... okay, that was the wrong line, but you get the idea. So, did you ever have a legal relation with Mr Aaron Hall? Mmh?
