Yeah, I forgot you can only have 254 planets and put the max number at 500 ... Doh!

BTW, IS there a listing somewhere of the range of values for different things? For example, the max number of population thresholds for production and shipyard?

And while I'm at it, why is it that new racial traits mean that you have to redo empire files? I'd understand making new files for empires that used the tech, but it's weird having to do ones for everybody else, too.
