What is the exact command line? I can't get it to show up in the menu.

EDIT: Nevermind, I got it. Turns out it didn't like it when I put it in the plugins folder, had to put in the root folder for some reason. Course I copied it to all the other folders in Wings just to make sure, so maybe it was one of those that did it... Whatever, it's working now anyway.
