Increasing game length?

When I played (play)long campaigns in the WW2 version most of the games were 30 to 40 turns in duration.

In MBT they are 15 to 20 turns in length - barely enough time for my leg infantry to reach their objective - let alone engage in combat.

Is there a .ini file I can modify to extends game lengths in my campaign?
