Borg AI question

Well, it's one thing to make the AI tough and it's another to make them Borg. The only Borg AI's I've seen out there behave just like every other race: they colonize, glass planets, and destroy their opponents stuff. I'd like to see a Borg race that makes me afraid to face them. I want them to assimilate everything in sight so that when you come in contact with the Borg, you know you've come in contact with the Borg; oodles of planets, ships, and stations captured and assimilated; warp points opening all over my empire. That's Borg. Even if they have to make separate troop ships that's Borg.
