It's for role-play purposes. Vorlons need a really old age.

Re: Race Ages (Direct from the .exe file)
Hopefully in SEV we will have the bonus installed like it was meant to be. That would be awesome. But somehow disable it for PBW as it would be a major exploit. I guess against the AI it would be too.

Re: Race Ages (Direct from the .exe file)
If race age was not saved with the empire file, it would not be exploitable like that.

Re: Race Ages (Direct from the .exe file)
Of course, if race age weren't saved with the empire file, it wouldn't be worth too much, either. Unless you're into those really peaceful games that end up into year 4400.

Re: Race Ages (Direct from the .exe file)
Applying these race ages to the Babylon 5 races, do you think they fit something like this?
Humans - Infantile
Narn - Infantile
Centauri - Young
Minbari - Young
Shadows - Stellar Ancients
Vorlons - First Ones
For Star Trek, I guess everybody is Infantile?

I would think not. Some of the races have been around for several hundred to a couple thousand years in space.
