Re: Gryphin\'s Tessellate Ship Set
desdinova,
Not exactly. I'm guessing it is a video driver issue.I use
Windows ME
Video chip, (video card) that came on the mother board.
1024 X 768 resolution
Re reading your post
"invalid sync", sounds like your refresh rate is too much for the software. What resolution are you using? 1280 x 768? perhaps? how many colors?
If you are, try dropping to 1024 x 768.
Let me know if you have quesitons.

Re: Gryphin\'s Tessellate Ship Set
Hey, Gryphin, nice shipset!
Are you going to add any neostandard images to it?
http://www.sandman43.fsnet.co.uk/neostand.htm
Baseship, scout, worldship, heavy and massive fighters are the most popularily used extra images.

SJ, Thanks,
yes I will. I'll be play testing the set for a couple of weeks. I have ideas for the scout, geo's idea of "repair bots", World Ship, hmm, a hughe 12 sided dice (die?) Pips carefuly spotted around the surface.
Fighters? can do, I'm oppen.
Um, if I build it, will you use it?

Re: Gryphin\'s Tessellate Ship Set
i am using 1024 X 768 24 bit. all my other programs work fine under this except doga. my video card is Radeon 8500 with updated drivers. what little i have used of it so far i like. just using the stock parts you can make a basic shipset.
very nice shipset btw. seeing your shipset is what prompted me to give it a try.

Re: Gryphin\'s Tessellate Ship Set
Gryphin - nice, but i didnt think about the possible issues - you better remove the nice background.
Now for the new updated, those transports look a little dull dont you think?
And L. Carrier looks "lighter" than its smaller brother - carrier

Re: Gryphin\'s Tessellate Ship Set
Gryph: Love the set, it's a definite download for me when it's ready.
I don't think you necessarily need visible engines on yor ships - plenty of shipsets don't have them. Whatever looks best.
I downloaded doga 3 and have been using it for weeks without paying a thing. I'm pretty sure I did this without pirating anything.
mlmbd or anyone: how do I get multiple textures on a ship using doga 3? I can only get one texture which covers the entire ship. Also, how do I use my own textures? Oh, and what does this patch do?

Re: Gryphin\'s Tessellate Ship Set
Taera
I have played a little bit with the ships with the background. All of the minis have "0,0,0" Black for their background. What kind of issues should I be alert for? Thanks
