OK....

I started a game and all the small weapons are there.

It says DUCs can be used on troops and fighters

I have researched DUCs'5 and Troops2

In trying to design my troops, there are no weapons to select.

What's going on?

Whoa....

My notes say I can get small DUCs for my Troops if I Research fighters.

Is this true? Doesn't make a lot of sense if it is.
