Well, we are NOTHING if not heartless. As a matter of fact, we ARE heartless. Our organic makeup has eliminated the need for hearts. Besides the obvious savings on pacemakers, it provides untold amounts of freedom from guilt. Therefore, we can slaughter species like it was the greatest of fads without so much as a twitch in our heartstrings (oh, we don't have heartstrings either )
