Converting Domed into No-dome
Quick questions about colonization:
Is there a way to convert a domed planet into a no-dome planet. Even after changing atmosphere, the dome remains.
How do you trade population with another empire other than trading transports?

If all the population matches the atmosphere type, it should be a no-dome planet. Make sure you don't have mixed populations.
To get other races:
Trade transports
Steal transports or colonizers
Conquer them
Take over planets with troops or Intel

How? and why?
It must have alien population on it.
You have to make sure that the population on the planet matches the atmosphere type. Atmosphere conVersion always makes the planet into your home atmosphere type. |

Nope. What it should do is give you a choice of atmospheres to convert to. But it doesn't, it makes it the native type for the empire. |
