If you want to eject the floppy you can do it from the desktop by putting the floppy into the trash.
I usually end my floppy experiences by wanting to put them into the trash. You could drag the My Computer floppy icon to the trash, but I don't think it'd have the desired result. Of course, we could ask MS to make a Windows keyboard with an Apple key, too.
