Actually, I'm not aware of an official way the main text can be re-written (amendments don't count, the original text stays as-is..which is why Prohibition is still on the Constitusion)

Theoretically, there could be another constitutional convention - The US has actually had two of them - the first was right after the Revolutionary War, the second came a few years later when the first wasn't working out too well (and resulted in the modern US Constitution)
