I was thinking of doing something similar as well
A couple of questions though:
1. Are there ships organic? Demons as well?
2. Demons/Devils seem to have a ranking system monarchial? Would that mean that the ships would follow the same ranking system?

1=Yes. Jonol weapons, ships, buildings, people, tools, everything, is simply a Jonol with a different level of size, and sentience. Jonol are however comprised of a Liquid Metal like substance(think Terminator 2's T-1000).
2=Not sure what you mean. The Jonol do have a theocratic government which is headed by the "Dark Messenger" who for the Last 8 Billion years was in exile, and thus they where led by the Dark Emissary, the Dark Messengers right hand man, but now the Dark Messenger has returned, died, and the Jonol are now led by his "Son". They still keep the title however.
