Help with infantry pictures.

I want to make a full Neo-Standard Pequeninos shipset. however, I have a problem making Infantry picture (race picture as well, I am currently using some borrowed picture). It is simply beyound my artistic ability. I would greatly appreciate any help. For a starting point, here some drawnings I found on web:
