For those of us who can't speak French, here's a MyIE2 site in English...

Re: OT: Browsers & NetScape
Well... the link I was given before had 2 sites, one in French and one in Chinese (at least, I think it was Chinese...). An English site is most helpful.

Re: OT: Browsers & NetScape
Load up IE 5.5 sp2 (I have the file if you can't find it) Then apply the security patches. DL and load MS virtual machine, set your security as tight as you want it (tight if you run in the buff and loose if you run a firewall)and you will never want IE6 again.

Yeah, what Ruatha says. Phoenix is a slick browser and there are Versions for linux and windows.

Re: OT: Browsers & NetScape
Phoenix is not a slick browser. It is full of random glitches and bugs. And, it suffers from the clunkiness of the Mozilla line of browsers.

Re: OT: Browsers & NetScape
Fyron seems to be warming to MyIE2 now... It really is an excellent browser, and whatever misunderstandings their website and documentation has is probably because it's developed by a Chinese software house (at least I think it's a Chinese software house...)
It's able to be based of the IE5.x core probably because Microsoft loves to use DLLs for their apps, so all their other apps can use each other. This means that everyone else can too, they just can't see the code inside.
And my poll on the browser topic has finished... not too many suprises
