That's true, and it is pretty inconvienent. If only printer friendly could be a settable default.
There's another problem 'tho. When you search for a certain message in a multipage thread, sometimes you don't even get close to the responce you selected -- and the numbers don't help. The search identifies response number, but the forum doesn't list them anywhere. |

A cumbersome but available work around is to roll your mouse over "IP: Logged". The reply number will show up on the lower status bar in MS IE.
