well, thanks to E3 and another, i got my SEIV fix via IP. I'm still sad though, 'cause pbw, while down, is still sending me turn nags. and i can't do anything about it.

Ah, I think i know what it wrong. I can't fix it right this moment, but should be able to this evening. The server is up and running, but auto turns are off, so noone need worry about it running your turn without you.
I believe if you email a turn it will process it normally. If somone can confirm this for me I'd appreciate it. When you send your turns by email it should notify you that it recieved the turn.
