Not really. Well of course we have been down before, but the Last time it was over a week before the telco tech made it out to check his end of the problem. This time we got to that point in four days. I think the improvement is notable, and promising.

How can you be so calm, Geo??
I've had DSL for two years, and Road Runner for two years, and I've never had an outage (on either service) for longer than 2 days.
I can't imagine what I would do, if my high speed internet was down for longer than that..

He is calm because he doesn't really have a choice due to the specs needed to run PBW.
