AI help needed (HELP ME PLEASE)

The Federation and Romulan Colony Ships in the vehicle size data file have a tonnage size of 550( Fed), 520(Rom). The Borg Colony Ship has a tonnage size of 500. If you changed the tonnage sizes of the Federation and Romulan Colony Ships to 500 tonnage the problem seems to go away.

Need more help.

The Romulans will not deaign any units of any kind despite having the ability to do so.

I copied over the files from the Klingons to see if I could get them to desing weapon platforms, mines, satellites, but no deal.

I can not figure out this simple problem as to why the Romumlans do not wish to design units. Help is much needed.

You don't need to change the tonnage of the ships... just change the max tonnages that the AIs will build before turn X in the AI Settings file.
