Yeah I was using MS wordpad to type it up....I guess it didn't quite translate over well sorry for the eye strain.

That was a sweet description. I copied it and I'll add paragraphs so I can savor it.
This is my favorite type of story. If you read this type of story closely, you can pick up game play tips, and you'll actually remember them.
The first story like this I saw was one by a guy called BeeDee10. He did this story about a machine race trying to figure out how to build ships and conduct combat. Really brought the SE4 game tactics to life.

As Fyron Linked to below, I did write a story.
It started out as a log of some nifty battles, but then went and followed the adventures of a fleet (well, my whole military of 15 or so ships) as they went out in search of a way to save the empire from certain doom as the ages-old minefields (peaked at 3000-count per warppoint) were being whittled away by the aliens all around my little 2-system empire.
Looking at it now, it is horribly written, but I've gone and re-edited the first 4 mini-chapters so far, available on the NHHB website.

Hmm well I am thinking about typing up in story form the Last stand of my 6th fleet in a game I played a few days ago....but I'm not sure you guys would wanna hear about a whole fleet scale battle. What do you think?
