Game of the Year for 2003/Good & Bad

Ok, I'll play..

BG 2003: Call of Duty
WG 2003: Moo3

Only new game I have installed in 2003: Starfury (and even then it's the beta build.)

I know it's sad, but time and budget shortages have crippled my gamming purchases.

I think Neverwinter Nights: Hordes of the Underdark came out recently, so that would get my vote for best game of 03.

Worst game is tied for that Civ 3 expansion (because it is part of Civ 3) and MOO3.
