But first he must build the meanest and largest fleet ever built, before he attacks. And until then he must show off a nice exterior, the noble peaceful diplomat. Negotaiting and keeping peace until he can strike and obliterate all other races in the universe, whoa ha ha! 
But first he needs a few more ships, and perhaps upgrade them, and a few more....
