Wanted: Fair map for bash final

The Fair.MAP file we used in Universe Cup is good too and along the same lines (completely symmetrical), though there are two planet types, one for each player, and it's smaller (16 systems, 7 warps to enemy homeworld - turns out to be a good size I think, allowing early but not too early contact, and not too many planets). This one looks good too, though.
