I'd like to create my .emp file but I'm still waiting on word whether it's cheating to take -50 to cunning since intel is turned off...

It doesn't say so anywhere in the rules, so I guess not.
I did it!
As a general rule when I host games I say that anything not stated in the rules is allowed, except outright cheating ofcourse; but tampering with datafiles and playing several empires simultaneusly is so obviously Banned that I usually don't even mention it.. perhaps I should? |

Sorry, didn't realize I was holding this up. I'm assuming people will take -50 to cunning since there is no intelin the game.
