Although, I feel kinda weird about listing people as if I was the sole authority on who is the best and such. But, as I said, I chose names I had some measure of experience with. Wish there was a way for "write-ins" in the poll.

 | Why are you wondering? A good ally should have some attributes which are not needed to be a good player - like reliability, communication skills, and a bit altruism. If he is a good player on top of that, it is a bonus. If a good player is a lousy bastard, I'd rather fight him upfront than having to watch my back constantly.

 A good point.

 This thread sounds like a precurser to a no-holds-barred, 12-player, allies-are-for-the-weak uber-deathmatch.
In which it is revealed that I am not left handed.

Rex and Georgig are the only two who beat me in the Universe Cup tournament, though I think if we cross beams again, it could go either way.
To do a poll like this with three choices, you could include three choices at the bottom for "someone you didn't mention".

Re: [POLL] A Tough Poll To Conduct (or vote in):
Since it was mentioned somewhere, perhaps a Poll for best Role-Players could be done?
I would but it's been about a year since my Last PBW game. Not much more than a hopeful lurker now...
Though still hopelessly addicted. [ February 23, 2004, 04:00: Message edited by: bearclaw ]

I see DavidG is still going strong at 0 votes. Of course this is not surprising since as far as I know you won't find a player with the name DavidG on PBW. |
