My opinion:

Here in the LAND OF LIBERTY, I think it is utter BS to have laws against:

Leaving your kids in the car.
Not wearing a seatbelt.
Not wearing a bike helmet.

Education is how you get people to behave prudently. Here in the LAND OF THE FREE, laws like these should not exist.
