Question to Tampa Gamer about Darlok

If you have any of the racial abilities set to less than 100 the computer ignores them. So if you hope to create more points by for instance setting Strength to 50 then setting cunning higher you will not have any points to use for cunning because strength will not go below 100. Unless this was fixed in the latest update. I reported it for Version 1.19 but didn't get any response on this issue. Since my computer crashed Last month I haven't kept up on the newest changes (just got my new computer running yesterday) so if this got fixed in the Last patch sorry .

Note: Values of less than 100 work fine for .emp files they just don't work for the general.txt files in the races folders.
