Re: Aaron Hall Spotted on SE4 Yahoo Group
Coming from an actual Malfador employee that sounds like a market survey... didn't we have one of those for SE4 Gold?
Anyway, I'd say whatever around $50-$60 US, assuming the regular edition is $40-$45 like SE4 is. (Sorry Canadians but I'm trying to be fair to the developers as well ) Would I pay for a special edition? Probably not though, unless it came with a free T-shirt or something. So take my advice with a grain of salt!

Re: Aaron Hall Spotted on SE4 Yahoo Group
What? Price the sequal the same as the previous Version? Surely there would have to be a token raising at least. $5? $10 would be more usual.

Re: Aaron Hall Spotted on SE4 Yahoo Group
Although most likely it would be as Ed Kolis suggested, and SEIV Gold would drop slightly in price as it seems to be the way these days

Re: Aaron Hall Spotted on SE4 Yahoo Group
It seemed, specifically, that elements of Research and Intel from SEIII will be incorporated into SEV. So there might not be a limit on the number of intel projects you can do, and you would be able to adjust how many research points you wish to place into each research project (as many as you wanted).
I think that would be a better alternative than what we get now with SEIV. At least for this aspect of the game.

Re: Aaron Hall Spotted on SE4 Yahoo Group
Go check out the Yahoo group NOW... There is some exciting stuff Aaron posted re: SE5 modding on there... Can anyone say user-defined damage types?

Re: Aaron Hall Spotted on SE4 Yahoo Group
Very interesting. Hmm, Requirements Boolean Operation sounds sweet, but single description for all lvls of component can be too limiting for modders
