OT: How old are you ?

Actually your rank changes when you reach certain levels. For example, you begin a Corporal after 50 Posts, a Sergeant after 200 Posts or a Second (or is it First?) Lieutenant after 400 Posts, while you will be elected to rule over the world at 10,000 Posts. (I might even be promoted with this very post. *Smirks*)
