Well it does not work. Sorry to waste your time Jubala. In settings.txt there�s Minimum Empire Minerals Generation and my little brain made a big confusion. I�m a newbie in Space Empires 4 (and 3 and 2 and 1) and I posted this without testing it. I hope you can forgive me and give me a second chance. Sorry again.
