I would recommend that everyone just ignore him. Troll's do this to get attention and, by ignoring him, you take away the thing he seeks the most.

I am not familiar with the MOOIII forum, although I wonder if your post answers my question about Richard wandering the forums like a traveling salesperson ("Ding Dong!
