new pictures (elves)

Uhm, actually I'm not sure

They should be added to a module I guess, which would require editting of text files. but I made these pictures because Rollo needed some elves for the hack and slash mod, so I guess they'll show up somewhere eventually.

I'm not working on a mod right now. I only got the game yesterday

and I guess I'll be busy playing the mods that are already out there for the first weeks, after that who knows..

Wow this looks good , i can't wait to explore this futur map. i love the idea of making it like this with the path in the trees and the hoardes of elves. The map reminds me a map of a game called geneforge.

Hmm I see what you mean with cute

. I could make some evil elves, just changing a couple of pixels for the eyes should do the trick... Anyhow I always thougt as elves as friendly (except for drow or darkelves, but that's something different)

Rollo, looking at your sneak preview I noticed that you are using the 'old' graphics for the trees/forests. Did you try the new 'facelift' tiles I made that changed all the trees and forests on the winderness and town maps? Did you know I made new forest and tree tiles?

You might want to backup/rename the old tiles first. Just in case you don't like the new ones.

I'm really not sure about this. these pictures are original, but the elves just don't look as good as the dwarves which were VERY good. the ears are too big and their heads are too big.
