Re: Poll/Vote for Civil War feature
If it is optional then I vote 10. If not, I don't know maybe 5.
I'd like to try it but not necessarily all the time.

Re: Poll/Vote for Civil War feature
I'm not against the idea, and in fact I think that's good.
But, I would like to see other things implemented/fixed, first. Then, my vote is 3.

Re: Poll/Vote for Civil War feature
"Gentlemen! We are here to defend democracy, not practice it!"
That being said, I'll add my vote in at a 10.

Re: Poll/Vote for Civil War feature
I like the idea, but I think some kinks probably will probably need to be worked out, and it definately needs to be tested first. Other than that I would say there needs to be some more general fixes to the AI before new functionality is added. So overall I give the idea an 8.

Re: Poll/Vote for Civil War feature
Give the idea an 10, although I agree that MM should give other things a higher priority.
I'm also uncomfortable with the idea of government centres being facilities that the player can build and scrap. I'd rather see an "automatic" implementation, with the player having only indirect control- moving gov. control from planet to planet should be an option though. Chewy- where can I find this thread summary ppl are talking about?
