I think 8 and above is recommended, but I'd just downloaded the latest one (9.0b?) for the best results. |

16 bit color display (24 bit color is optimal)
DirectX 7.0 or better
A video card with 3D acceleration.
150 megabytes free hard drive space
These are the system requirements as listed in the readme file. |

I don't see why not...
Also, make sure to update your video card drivers to the latest Version.

I'm using ME.
So far my system crashes only when I'm notplaying Starfury 
I'm hoping to upgrade to Win98 when my replacement harddrive comes back from Maxtor.
