I am unable to connect to the server as well; it's Monday 6:45 p.m. Eastern U.S.

Yep 9:15 PM and server is still down. Might have to skip this turn.

My ISP is down I will have to skip a turn if they are all not in by the time tonight, I'll send out an Email (since it's down and I don't have the names) when it is up and if the turn is hosted.

I apologize for any inconvieniece.
