Re: Newbie, what to download?
BTW, is there an easy way to see which theme an AI Jotunheim is playing ?
I hope to crush Jotunheim in my current AAR in the next few turns and would love to upgrade to 2.08 at this time, but if Jotunheim is not using the Utgard theme anyway I could patch right now.

I don't think there is. What I'd like to have, would be a way to force theme selection for AIs. (Of course, you always have the option of starting the game as MP, then turning all the "other" players into AIs, but I'd like to be able to do this from the start, AND not get any information on the AIs)
For the moment, I'm avoiding Jotunheim AIs in my current games, precisely because of the Utgard bug. Come to think of it - I started a World game recently, and forgot to turn them off. They aren't in the first 3 dead AI, though (Mictlan, Pythium, and Machaka - I was only at war with Machaka, though), so maybe they were lucky and didn't pick the friendly heat radiating theme...

Potatoman's Ashikaga mod's rather fun, and you may be interested in apoger's assorted scale mods. I normally have his Luck scale mod enabled, along with the official Magic Duel mod, Saber Cherry's 'pre-patch unit-fix' mod, and Unwise's flag mod.

Unfortunately not. There is an easy way to avoid getting the broken Jotunheim them when you start a new game, though, by making a copy of the map you are playing, changing it to a scenario (with a slightly different name, so you can distinguish it from the original), and forcing a specific theme on the Jotunheim player.
