I didnt catch that it was an email size problem. I have had people send me zips and such in pieces for that reason. Then I make it a whole file and give a download link for them to use.
Or if its a need for an ftp account I can do that also

A ftp account would be cool. I already put it on my student account so the upload should be a matter of a minute.
And i promise tomorrow i find out how to setup a webpage on that account

I bet it would compress well with lossless PNG. Try doing that, then zipping it.

You dont really have to have a web page. If its in the directory for a webpage then it can be downloaded.
