I entered the URL, and *poof* there it was.
Most likely your provider does not allow remote-linking.

I'm not sure, but I don't think you can use BMPs as image files. Generally it's JPG or GIF. It may very well simply be rejecting your extension.

That's another good point. BMP is not an accepted Web format. Only JPG/PNG/GIF are.
